Involving volunteers effectively is a critical factor in the success of so many charities. We've experienced it from all angles: as volunteers, as volunteer managers, as regional volunteering policy-makers and as national volunteering policy-makers.
Graham's background includes advising both Government and opposition on youth volunteering, running a national student volunteering charity and helping develop an international volunteering charity, working on volunteering policies within organisations and being a session facilitator at CSV's Institute of Advanced Volunteer Management.
